At Rit Dye, we want you to be completely satisfied with your creative projects; if a product is unopened and in its original packaging, you may return it within 30 days of purchase. Please note that we cannot accept returns for used dyes or custom color kits due to the nature of our home crafting products.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team with your order number and the specific items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization.
Package Your Items
Securely pack the unopened dye bottles or laundry treatment products in their original shipping box to prevent leaks or damage during transit.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please keep your tracking number for reference.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days, excluding shipping costs.
